How many sessions?
Skin & respiratory – 3 sessions over 3 consecutive days is recommended for all first timers. For more deep set issues, 5 sessions over 5 consecutive days may be required. Followed by single top up sessions as/when required.
Top ups – Seasonal or periodic top ups would be recommended depending on your animals needs such as horses being stabled for longer periods or seasonal allergies. Every horse is different. Some horses may benefit from weekly sessions, some may only need a session once or twice a year.
Pre/Post competition – These sessions are great for keeping your horse in tip top shape by clearing the airways before competition and after to aid recovery and get rid of any potential pathogens picked up whilst travelling or staying away.
Pick me ups – designed to give your horse a bit of a boost at any time during the year.
What to expect
I will visit you at your yard/home with the portable machine. Sessions last 20mins for Equines and 30mins for Canines & Felines.
The only thing I need is need access to a power supply, I do have my own extension cord if needed.
For horses we need an enclosed space such as a stable with a top door. For stables in a more open style barn we can use rugs/tarp over the sides if necessary (I have my own tarp), it’s not necessary to cover over head. I understand that not all horses are keen on being shut in, so we can just work with what’s comfortable for your horse whilst still getting the benefits of the machine.
For Canines & Felines I am working on getting a mobile pod so we can set up in the comfort in your own home or in a trailer/van type set up. In the meantime, if it is safe to do so, we can include your dog in your horses session for a small additional cost.
To get the best out of your session I do ask that your animal is not exercised an hour before and after treatment.
